Board Changes

 

Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM: CPH2), the UK-based green hydrogen technology company, announces that, further to the announcement made on 22 June 2026, CPH2 is pleased to announce that the standard regulatory due diligence process has now been completed and, accordingly, Richard Scott's formal appointment as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of CPH2 is effective immediately as of today.

 

Richard Scott joined CPH2 in July 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer and has over 30 years in experience in the energy sector. He has held a number of prominent industry roles having served as Executive Vice President at ACME Greentech, where he led development of its green hydrogen derived fuel business. Prior to this he was Vice President, Global Market Development at World Kinect Corporation (formerly, World Fuel Services) (NYSE: WKC).

 

As CEO, Richard will lead the Company as it strategically transitions into a technology development and licensing business. The Board welcomes Richard to his new role and looks forward to his contribution to delivery of CPH2's new capital-light strategy.

 

As previously announced, Jonathan Duffy, CEO, and Christopher Train, Non-Executive Chair have agreed to leave the Company with effect from today 31 July 2026.
