Directorate Change

 

The Company announces that Dr Tim Miller has informed the Board that he intends to step down at the end of the Company's 2027 Annual General Meeting and will not stand for re-election. Tim will have served nine years on the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

 

Martine Bond, independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee since September 2022, will succeed Tim as Chair of the Remuneration Committee from the conclusion of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.

 

Laurence Hollingworth, Chair said "We would like to thank Tim for his many years of service to Clarksons, and in particular his invaluable contribution as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. We wish him all the very best for the future."

 

A search for a non-executive director will be initiated and a further announcement will be made when appropriate.

 

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of UKLR 6.4.6R.
