Following the announcement on 6 November 2008 of the appointment of James Morley as non-executive Director, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 (2) the Company has been advised that Mr Morley has also joined the Board of Speedy Hire Plc as a non-executive Director.

There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
