Confirmation of Chief Financial Officer Start Date

Further to the announcement on 10 June 2026 that Niamh Staunton would be appointed as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’), the Company is pleased to confirm that Niamh will join the Company as CFO and be appointed as an Executive Director with effect from 11 November 2026.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of UKLR 6.4.7R.
