Beever & Struthers have merged with Menzies LLP

Beever & Struthers effectively resigned as auditor of Citizen Treasury Plc with effect from 1 October 2025 and sent Citizen Treasury plc a statement required under S.519 Companies Act 2006.

The reason for Beever & Struthers ceasing to hold office is that Beever and Struthers has become part of Menzies LLP and so their audit registration (no. C005386251) has effectively been transferred to Menzies LLP.

Menzies LLP are now the auditors of Citizen Treasury plc and Citizen Housing Group Limited.
