Cirata (LSE: CRTA), announces that following the completion of the audit for the year ended 31 December 2025, Ricardo Moura CFO who joined Cirata 30 September 2024 on a fixed term contract will be leaving Cirata 31 May 2026. Ed Kee, who joined Cirata in December 2024 in Belfast and currently serves as the Group's financial controller, has been appointed as Finance Director with immediate effect and will work with Ricardo during the handover period to ensure a smooth transition.

 

Ed qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young and has over 10 years' experience working as a financial controller. Ed with Ricardo, helped lead the relocation of our finance operations to Belfast, and his immediate appointment ensures total continuity.

 

The company acknowledges the work undertaken by Ricardo on the Company's restructuring, its divestment of Dev Ops and the transition of the Finance team from Newcastle to Belfast and wishes him well for the future.
