Strategic Investment Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 April 2026 regarding the strategic investment and Fuelwood joint venture, the Company has been advised by the investors that banking arrangements required to facilitate the transaction have now been finalised and that the Company can expect to receive the investment funds shortly.

The Company will provide a further update in due course following receipt of funds and completion of the associated share issue and related transaction matters.
