Churchill China plc announces that yesterday it purchased a total of 17,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 285p each.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 32,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has a total of 10,925,976 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
