Convening of 2026 Interim Results Presentation
China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "CPIC") will disclose its 2026 interim results on 27 August 2026. The full text of the Company's 2026 interim results will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 27 August 2026 and be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. A copy will also be available on 27 August 2026 on the Company's website at http://www.cpic.com.cn/gdr/gdrggen/.
The Company will convene the results presentation from 15:30 to 17:00 on 28 August 2026 (Beijing time, same below) in order to help investors obtain a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Company's results and operating position for the first half of 2026. Mr. Zhao Yonggang (President), independent non-executive directors and other senior management of the Company will be present at the results presentation.
Investors may send relevant questions by email to the email address of the Company's investor relations at ir@cpic.com.cn before 0:00 on 24 August 2026. Their questions will be answered by the Company at the results presentation.
Investors may access the results presentation and put forward questions via https://webcast.roadshowchina.cn/NL9MVE or the live streaming link on the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website from 15:30 to 17:00 on 28 August 2026. The Company will answer the questions in a timely manner via the live streaming platform.
Investors could visit the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website (http://www.cpic.com.cn/ir_en/) for replay of the results presentation starting from 31 August 2026.
