Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Chapel Down, England's leading winemaker, announces that its annual results for the period ended 31^st December 2025 ("Annual Results") will be published on 29^th April 2026.

Investor Presentation

The Company is pleased to announce that James Pennefather (CEO) and Louan Mouton (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the Annual Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 29^th April 2026 at 12:00pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
