Directorate change

Chamberlin & Hill plc (the 'Company') announces that Simon Duckworth, Finance
Director, has given the Company 6 months notice of termination of his service
agreement. Simon's family commitments in the North-East have recently
increased, and he will be seeking a position closer to his home. Recruitment
has commenced, and Simon will remain in his position until a successor is
appointed. We would like to thank Simon for his contribution to the business
and wish him well in his future career.
