Share purchase for Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
and exercise of options under LTIP
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management ("CRM") software solutions provider, announces that on 1 October 2026, the Company purchased into treasury 3,462 shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £7.06 per Ordinary Share. The 3,462 Ordinary Shares were immediately issued from treasury to a former employee who exercised their rights pursuant to the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), details of which were announced on 19 September 2017.
Treasury Shares
Following the transfer, the Company holds 5,049 shares in Treasury.
Total voting rights
Following the exercise of options, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, is 29,541,509, being the 29,546,558 Ordinary Shares in issue less the 5,049 Ordinary Shares held in treasury, with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
