Celsius Resources Limited ("Celsius" or the "Company") (+ASX, AIM: CLA) advises that shareholders approved cancellation of the proposed Consolidation at the General Meeting of the Company held today.  The Consolidation had initially been approved by shareholders on 30 April 2026.
