ASX Trading Halt

 

Celsius Resources Limited (“Celsius” or the “Company”) (+ASX, AIM:CLA) advises that trading in the ordinary shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from today further to the Company's request in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 (the “Trading Halt”).

 

Trading of the Company's shares on AIM remains unaffected.

 

The Company requested a trading halt effective immediately pending a release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the legal dispute between Celsius and Equinaire. The Trading Halt will continue until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement regarding the legal dispute, or the commencement of trading on the ASX on 2 November 2026.

This announcement has been authorised by the Managing Director of Celsius Resources Limited.
