Guildford, UK and Plymouth Meeting, U.S. - 14 July 2026 - CelLBxHealth plc (AIM: CLBX), a CTC intelligence company specialising in innovative circulating tumour cell (CTC) solutions for use in research, drug development and clinical oncology, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, with the exception of resolution 4 which has been withdrawn, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolution 4 was to re-appoint Mr P M Collins as a Director of the Company. Mr Collins left the business on 6 July 2026.
