Directorate Change

Guildford, UK and Plymouth Meeting, U.S. - 6 July 2026 - CelLBxHealth plc (AIM: CLBX), a CTC intelligence company specialising in innovative circulating tumour cell (CTC) solutions for use in research, drug development and clinical oncology, announces that Peter Collins, Chief Executive Officer, and the Company have decided it is in the best interest of both parties to part ways for Peter to pursue other opportunities.

Jan Groen will continue as Executive Chairman, and the Board will begin a process to appoint a new CEO. The Board is confident that there is sufficient capacity in the senior management team to ensure no impact on trading during the transition and the Company remains focussed on delivering against the revised business strategy.

Jan Groen, Executive Chairman, commented:

"Nothing fundamental has changed within the core of our business: we remain focused on disciplined execution and converting our commercial pipeline into sustainable revenue growth."

"The Board is very excited by our leading CTC capture platform, the technology available that captures live circulating tumour cells from blood to addresses a clear clinical need where ctDNA falls short. This technology is of clear interest to the pharmaceutical industry, and ultimately to clinicians and patients around the world, and as such presents an exciting commercial opportunity."
