AGM Statement

Guildford, UK and Plymouth Meeting, U.S. - 14 July 2026 - CelLBxHealth plc (AIM: CLBX), a CTC intelligence company specialising in innovative circulating tumour cell (CTC) solutions for use in research, drug development and clinical oncology, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today at 8:00 am at the Harbour Hotel, High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3DA.

Ahead of the formal business of the meeting Jan Groen, Executive Chairman, will make the follow statement to shareholders:

I would like to extend my thanks to shareholders for their continued support. As a Board we are very excited by our leading CTC capture platform, the technology available that captures live circulating tumour cells from blood to address a clear clinical need where ctDNA falls short. This technology is of clear interest to the pharmaceutical industry, and ultimately to clinicians and patients around the world, and as such presents a substantial commercial opportunity.

As I stated in last week's announcement, nothing fundamental has changed within the core of our business and the commercial opportunity for the Company remains significant. We continue to be focused on disciplined execution and converting our commercial pipeline into sustainable revenue growth and, importantly, we remain on track to deliver revenues for FY 2026 of at least £2.1 million, a 50% increase on FY 2025.

I will continue in the role of Executive Chairman and as a Company we are confident that we have sufficient capacity within the senior leadership team to ensure no impact on trading as we seek to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. The Board has already begun the process of recruiting a new CEO and we look forward to updating shareholders in due course.
