The Board of Cavendish plc (AIM: CAV) announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 (the "2026 Annual Report"), which includes the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been published on the Company's website www.cavendish.com and will shortly be posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's registered office address, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 1.30pm on Tuesday 18 August 2026.
