Delay to Publication of Interim Results for the Period Ended 30 June 2026

 

The Board of Caspian Sunrise announces a delay to the publication of its interim results for the period ended 30 June 2026 (“Interim Results”). It is expected that the Interim Results will be released  either with or shortly after the publication of the Company’s full year results for the year ended 31 December 2025, and following which the temporary suspension in the trading of the Company’s shares is expected to be lifted. Trading in the Company’s shares on AIM remains suspended.
