Public Availability of Movie42 and Gamers42 Beta Applications, Expanded Author42 Capabilities and Live Product Webinar

capAI plc (LSE: CPAI, OTCQB: CPIQF), the applied artificial intelligence ("AI") venture platform, is pleased to announce the public availability of its Movie42 and Gamers42 beta applications, significant enhancements to Author42 and a live product webinar to be held on Friday, 12 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) / 5:00 p.m. British Summer Time (BST).

Further to the Company's AGM Trading & Strategic Update announced on 21 April 2026 ("AGM Update"), this Announcement provides an update on the continued development and rollout of capMedia's content creation platform portfolio, including new functionality and public access to Movie42 and Gamers42 beta applications.

The Company will also host a live product webinar on Friday, 12 June 2026, to provide shareholders, subscribers and users across the Group's platform portfolio with an opportunity to see capMedia's latest AI-powered applications operating live, including demonstrations of AI-assisted authoring, AI-generated movie trailers and browser-based game creation from books and written content.

Live Product Webinar

The live product webinar, to be held at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) / 5:00 p.m. British Summer Time (BST) on Friday, 12 June 2026, will include live demonstrations of capMedia's three platforms:

·      Author42 - AI-assisted nonfiction and fiction writing, validation and worldbuilding

·   Movie42 (Beta Application) - cinematic AI-generated trailers generated from books, stories, brands and concepts

·     Gamers42 (Beta Application) - browser-based 2D and 3D games generated from a few lines of text, chapters or complete books

The webinar will also include a live question-and-answer session.

Registration details will be distributed through capAI's communication channels and directly to registrants, and to subscribers and users across capMedia's platform portfolio.

capMedia Platform Portfolio Update

Further to AGM Update, the Company is pleased to provide additional information regarding a number of AI-powered content creation platforms being developed and evaluated by capMedia.

While the platforms described below are complementary and may be used together by users, each operates as a standalone product with its own branding, website, functionality and potential commercial applications.

For clarity, certain products referred to in the AGM Update have since been renamed. The video-generation product previously referred to as Creator42 is now Movie42, and the game-generation product previously referred to as Game42, is now Gamers42.

Author42

Author42 is the Company's AI-assisted writing platform and is currently operational and available to users.

The platform supports nonfiction, memoir and fiction writing workflows, combining concept validation, planning, drafting and editing tools designed to assist authors throughout the writing process. Recent development has focused on expanding fiction-writing functionality and enhancing editing and workflow capabilities.

Movie42 (Beta Application)

Movie42, previously referred to as Creator42, is now publicly available in beta.

The platform enables users to transform books, stories, brands and concepts into AI-generated cinematic trailers and visual content. Content can be generated from existing manuscripts, plain-text concepts or public-domain literary works.

The Company is currently onboarding users and gathering feedback as part of its ongoing product refinement and commercial evaluation process.

Gamers42 (Beta Application)

Gamers42, previously referred to as Game42, is now publicly available in beta.

The platform enables users to transform a few lines of text, individual chapters or complete books into playable browser-based games without coding.

The platform supports multiple visual styles ranging from 2D experiences through to fully rendered 3D gameplay. Through natural-language interaction, users can rapidly create and refine games, significantly reducing the technical barriers traditionally associated with game development.

As with Movie42, Gamers42 is now available to users as part of an ongoing programme of onboarding, testing, product refinement and commercial evaluation.

capMedia Strategy

capMedia's strategy is to develop and evaluate AI-enabled products that support content creation, adaptation and audience engagement across multiple media formats.

The Company's board of directors ("Board") believes advances in generative AI are creating opportunities for individuals to create and extend intellectual property with significantly reduced cost and complexity. While each platform operates independently, users may choose to utilise multiple products together to develop written, visual and interactive content from a single underlying idea or creative work.

The Company believes this approach has the potential to increase user engagement and create additional commercial opportunities across its platform portfolio.

capMedical Update

Further to previous announcements, the Company continues to evaluate opportunities under its capMedical initiative, including longevity-focused programmes and other healthcare applications where artificial intelligence may accelerate innovation and value creation.

A number of projects remain under active review as the Company assesses their scientific, technical and commercial potential.

The Company expects any future capMedical initiatives to be evaluated using the same disciplined and capital-efficient framework applied across its broader portfolio.

Disciplined Venture Structure

The Company has to date operated a venture model securing rights to acquire or license technologies developed in collaboration with R42 through licence and option agreements.

This structure enables capAI to evaluate multiple opportunities in a capital-efficient manner while retaining exposure to potential upside through option-based access to successful projects.

However, shareholders should note that there can be no guarantee that the Company will ultimately exercise any option to acquire or license such projects. Decisions to proceed are made selectively based on technical progress, market potential and capital allocation considerations.

Outlook

The Board believes that the public availability of Movie42 and Gamers42 beta applications, together with the forthcoming live product webinar, represent important milestones in the Company's transition from platform development to user engagement, commercial evaluation and monetisation.

The combination of AI-assisted authoring, cinematic content generation and browser-based game creation provides creators with the opportunity to extend a single intellectual property asset across multiple media formats while potentially creating new audience and revenue opportunities.
