DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Company announces that with effect from 6 July 2026 Becky Worthington will step down as Chief Financial Officer of the Canary Wharf Group of companies (including the Company) and be replaced by Sean Crosby. Becky will continue as a director of the Company.

Sean Crosby is currently Managing Director - Finance at Canary Wharf Group which he joined in 2021. Sean started his career at PwC and is a qualified chartered accountant.
