Camellia notes the announcement required of and made by Goodricke Group Limited (a 74% owned Indian subsidiary of Camellia) on 17 September 2026 to the Bombay Stock Exchange in connection with the sale by auction of some of its artwork for an aggregate consideration of INR 277.5 million (c. £2.2 million).

Camellia is also pleased to announce that it sold some of its own artwork in the same auction realising proceeds of £1.6 million, almost all of which is profit. The proceeds will support the Company’s Value Enhancement Plan, which includes increasing investment into higher-return operating assets to generate long-term growth in shareholder value.

This announcement contains inside information under Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, as part of UK domestic law via the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
