Updated Notice of AGM and Annual Report to 31 March 2026

Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been rescheduled and finalised for the year ended 31 March 2026. The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 2.00pm at E-space North, 181 Wisbech, Littleport, Ely, CB6 1RA. This update is to ensure the statutory 21 days’ clear notice between the results/hard copy annual report receipt and AGM is provided.

The Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026 is available on the Company's website at:

and includes all the Notice of AGM details on pages 81-87. Formal notices will be sent to all shareholders in the next few weeks.
