Director purchase of shares

Cake Box Holdings plc (AIM: CBOX), the UK's largest retailer of fresh cream celebration cakes, was notified on 1 July 2026 that, on the same day, Sukh Chamdal, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 201.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Sukh Chamdal has an interest in 10,283,470 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.
