Board changes

 

Kushagra ('Kush') Saxena has informed the Board of Directors of the Company (the 'Board') that he wishes to step down from his roles as Non-executive Director of the Company and Non-executive Director of Crown Agents Bank Limited in order to pursue an executive role at another organisation.

 

Kush's resignation will take effect following the Annual General Meeting this afternoon and, as a result, the resolution relating to his formal election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be withdrawn.

 

Kush has advised the Board and Management on a wide range of topics including the Company's digital, technology and stablecoin strategies. The Board thanks him for his valuable contributions and wishes him well for the future.

 

Following Kush's resignation, the Board will continue to consist of individuals who bring diverse experiences and viewpoints across the FX, Payments and Banking sectors and a shared commitment to strong governance, with more than half of the Board comprising independent non-executive directors.
