Publication of 2025 Annual Report, 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting and notification of Q1 trading update
CAB Payments has today published its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 2.00pm (BST) at 3 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG.
In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

- Form of Proxy for 2026 Annual General Meeting

A letter from the Chair will be sent to shareholders and has now been published to the Group's website.
The Company confirms that, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 R (1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the 2025 Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3) is available on the Group's website (see above).
The Group remains under offer (as defined by the Takeover Code) and is therefore publishing a first quarter trading update on 21 April 2026 to keep shareholders up to date on latest trading performance.
