Purchase of Shares by Managing Director

BWA Group (AQSE: BWAP), the mining investment company with permits in Cameroon and Canada, is pleased to announce that the Company's Managing Director, James Butterfield, has increased his shareholding in the Company.

Mr Butterfield has purchased a total of 350,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), comprising three purchases of 125,000, 115,000 and 110,000 Ordinary Shares, each at 0.44p per share. Mr Butterfield's holding is now 78,254,500 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 8.06% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
