On the 15 December 2011 Burberry Group plc (the "Company") received the following notices under DTR 3.1.2 from Angela Ahrendts, a Director of the Company:

1.   Changes to Shareholding:

Angela Ahrendts gifted 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 15 December 2011 to the Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation, a non-profit charitable corporation incorporated in Delaware, of which she is a director (but not a beneficiary). 

2.   Transaction:

The Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation (a non-profit charitable corporation incorporated in Delaware) of which Angela Ahrendts is a director (but not a beneficiary), sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 15 December 2011, at a price of 1148 pence per Share, to enable the Foundation to make charitable donations.  Following the sale the Ahrendts-Couch Family Foundation holds no Shares.
