Built Cybernetics (AIM:BUC), the smart buildings group, is pleased to confirm that a notice of Annual General Meeting has been issued.

The AGM has been convened for 10am on Friday 22 May 2026, and will be held at the Company's registered office, 10 Bonhill Street, London EC2A 4PE.
