Buccaneer Energy (AIM: BUCE), the international oil & gas exploration and production company, was informed on 11 September 2026 that as a result of dilution from the recent equity fundraising, Bono Energy Group Limited's shareholding of 1,147,460,000 ordinary shares in the Company now represents 4.95 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company (previously 6.18 per cent.).
