Notification of Transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCA")

 

The Company announces that it has been notified that its Executive Chairman, Ric Traynor, who is classed as a PDMR has transferred the beneficial interest in certain ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") previously held on trust to the beneficiaries of that trust, being immediate family, all of whom remain persons closely associated with him as detailed below.

 

Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Ric Traynor and the PCA remains unchanged at 27,178,980 which represents 16.86% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights at the date of this announcement.
