BROOKS MACDONALD GROUP PLC

First Quarter FUMA Update

Fourth consecutive quarter of positive net inflows

Brooks Macdonald Group plc ("Brooks Macdonald" or the "Group") today announces flows and funds under management and advice ("FUMA") for the three months ("quarter" or "Q1") ended 30 September 2026.

Andrea Montague, CEO of Brooks Macdonald, commented:

"Four consecutive quarters of positive net inflows show that our Reignite Growth strategy is delivering. Stronger adviser relationships, disciplined execution, and continued growth in financial planning are accelerating our progress.

We have invested in our regional presence with new investment managers and financial planners. The modernisation of our MPS range makes it simpler for advisers and clients to work with us.

This is a positive start to the year, and we are focused on building on that momentum."

Q1 Flows and FUMA

o  Q1 net inflows of £54 million represents our fourth consecutive quarter of positive net inflows, despite the seasonally slower summer, and a significant improvement vs prior year (Q1'26 net outflows: £49 million)

o  BPS net outflows of £53 million are approximately two thirds better than the prior year (Q1'26: £157 million), with improvements across both gross inflows and gross outflows, reflecting the benefits of our strengthened regional presence, our focus on high net worth clients and client service.

o  Platform MPS continues to generate strong net inflows of £172 million (Q1'26: £175 million).

o  Total FUMA increased to £21.8 billion (30 June 2026: £21.7 billion).

o  Of this, total funds under management ("FUM") were £19.5 billion (30 June 2026: £19.3 billion).

o  Of Brooks Financial's Assets under Advice of £5.7bn, 59% is both advised and managed at Q1, compared to 58% at FY26, demonstrating the benefits of our investment in our integrated financial planning business. Advised only assets were £2.4 billion (30 June 2026: £2.4 billion).

o  Market and investment performance contributed £0.2 billion of Q1 FUM growth.
