Bridgepoint Group plc ("Bridgepoint" or the "Company") announces the results of voting on the resolutions at its general meeting held at 1:00 p.m. today (the "General Meeting").

 

The General Meeting was convened to invite shareholders to consider resolutions in connection with the proposed acquisition by Bridgepoint of Kayne Anderson Real Estate (the "Transaction"), as described in the announcement released on 29 June 2026 and the circular (including the Notice of General Meeting) published on 11 September 2026.

 

A poll was held on each of the resolutions and each was passed by the required majority.  Resolution 1 was passed as an ordinary resolution, and resolution 2 was passed as a special resolution.  The results of the poll were as follows:

The total voting rights of the Company as at 6:30 p.m. on 29 September 2026 (the time by which shareholders wanting to attend, speak and vote at the General Meeting were required to be entered on the register) was 901,860,660 ordinary shares of £0.00005 each.  The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, and so the total voting rights in the Company were 901,860,660.
