BRCK Group PLC (AIM: BRCK), a leading distributor and provider of specialist products and services to the UK construction industry, confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) held earlier today were duly passed.  All resolutions were decided on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 15 to 17 were passed as special resolutions.
