Exercise of Share Options

BRCK Group PLC (AIM:BRCK), a leading construction materials distributor confirms that it has issued, conditional on admission, 100,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of share options by an employee under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

 

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 18 May 2026.

 

Following Admission, the Company will have 322,246,246 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure of 322,246,246 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
