Appointment of Non-Executive Director - Update

Further to the announcement on 19 June 2026 of the intended appointment of Clive Norman as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, BRCK confirms that due diligence processes have now been completed and that Clive Norman has joined the Board with immediate effect.

In accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Clive Stanley Norman, aged 76, has held the following directorships in the past five years:
