Appointment of Non-Executive Director

BRCK Group plc (AIM: BRCK), a leading construction materials distributor, announces the intended appointment of Clive Norman as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Clive previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company for six years and stepped down from the Board and as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 16 September 2025.

The appointment is expected to become effective following completion of the customary due diligence process, and a further announcement of the confirmation of his appointment, including any disclosures required pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies (or the applicable Listing Rules), will be made in due course.

Furthermore, and as announced on 11 June 2026, the Board has commenced a process to appoint a successor to John Richards as Non-Executive Chairman. This process continues and further updates will be provided, as appropriate, in due course.
