Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed yesterday that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 23,863 ordinary shares in the Company on 11 December 2008 at a price of 240 pence per share.  Mr. Marsh  gifted 12,000 of these shares in total to his adult children.

Accordingly, Mr Marsh has a beneficial interest in 1,230,414 ordinary shares, representing 5.85 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
