BP P.L.C. ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ('AGM' OR 'MEETING')

 

BP p.l.c. ('the Company')

 

The Company announces that the following documents have today been published:

 

1.    bp Annual Report and Form 20-F 2025 ('Annual Report');

2.    Notice of the Company's 2026 AGM ('Notice of Meeting');

3.    Form of Proxy for the Company's 2026 AGM ('Form of Proxy');

4.    Notification Card for the Company's 2026 AGM ('Notification Card'); and

5.    Copies of the proposed new articles of association of the Company ('Articles of Association').

 

The publication of the Annual Report follows the release on 10 February 2026 of the Company's unaudited Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 results announcement.

 

In compliance with 6.4.1 and 6.4.3 of the UK Listing Rules and 6.3.5 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, a copy of the Annual Report is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, in addition to regulated information in full unedited text. The Annual Report is also publicly available via a direct link at www.bp.com/annualreport.

 

The Annual Report on Form 20-F will also be submitted to the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission and will be available at www.sec.gov/edgar.

 

The Notice of Meeting, Form of Proxy, Notification Card and Articles of Association are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and, together with the Annual Report, will be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Notice of Meeting is also available on the Company's website at www.bp.com/notice.

 

The Company's 2026 AGM will be held at the bp International Centre for Business and Technology (bp ICBT), Chertsey Road, Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16 7LN, United Kingdom, starting at 11am BST on Thursday, 23 April 2026.
