Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) (a registered Housing Association), including its wholly owned subsidiary Boston Mayflower Finance PLC, is today announcing that following an extensive recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), that the Board has appointed Simon Parkes as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Simon will join from Keele University, where he is currently Interim Chief Operating Officer. Simon has a wealth of experience of leading and managing change in large organisations. He has a strong customer focus, and we are looking forward to working with him as we continue to improve our services and communities.

We would like to thank Shaun Harley, who stepped into the Interim CEO role from his position as Executive Director People and Change and Nicola Ebdon who supported him as Interim Deputy CEO from her substantive role of Executive Director of Governance and Regulation.
