Update on 2025 Accounts and 2026 Interims

The Company wishes to provide an update, further to the announcement published on 1 May 2026, on the publication of its annual financial report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the “2025 Accounts”) and its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (the “2026 Interims”).

Due to the ongoing work required to finalise and publish its 2025 Accounts, it will not be in a position to publish its 2026 Interims by the required deadline of 30 September 2026. The Company remains focused on finalising and publishing the 2025 Accounts as soon as practicable and anticipates that the 2026 Interims will be finalised and published shortly thereafter. The Company’s shares remain suspended, and the market will be updated in due course on the expected timing for publication of its 2025 Accounts and 2026 Interims.
