Block Listing Application

Boku, (AIM:BOKU), a global network of local payment methods (LPM's) hereby provides notification that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading on AIM of 500,000 new common shares of $0.0001 each ("Common Shares") under an extension to its existing block listing in respect of the Boku, Inc. 2009 Equity Incentive Plan (the 2009 Plan). 

These new Common Shares increase the blocklisting to provide capacity for all remaining employee share options granted under the 2009 Plan, should they be exercised.

On exercise of the options, the new Common Shares will be credited as fully paid which will rank pari passu with the existing Common Shares in issue.

It is expected that such admission will become effective on or around 13 August 2026.
