Notification of Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

The Company confirms that it received notification that James Armstrong, the Managing Partner of the Company's Investment Adviser and who is a PDMR of the Company, has acquired 154,632 shares in the Company pursuant to a standing instruction to his broker in relation to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") which was applied in 2016. Following the acquisitions of the DRIP, acquisitions made prior to the period in question, and other acquisitions that have been announced over the period February 2016 to December 2025, Mr Armstrong has a total interest in 369,529 Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's total issued share capital.
