In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R), Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV) notifies the market of the following in respect of its issued share capital.
As at 31 October 2026, the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 3,215,667,471 ordinary shares of no par value (“Ordinary Shares”), of which 28,842,589 Ordinary Shares were held in treasury. No voting rights attach to Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 October 2026 was 3,186,824,882 (being 3,215,667,471 Ordinary Shares in issue less 28,842,589 Ordinary Shares held in treasury).
The above figure of 3,186,824,882 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
