Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV) (the “Company” or “BMV”), previously announced on 18 September 2026 certain issues of ordinary shares of no par value (“Shares”) and on 25 September 2026 announced the admission of certain of those Shares.  The Company has now submitted a major shareholder notification due to the dilution this Share issue caused which is detailed below.  The Company has also received notifications from Skylake Management LLP (“Skylake”) to reflect the Shares it has received directly from the Company and Shares received in its capacity as a contractor to the Company, which are set out below.  The Company confirms that the 203,635,601 Shares issued to contractors from the contractor pool were issued at a price £0.000691 (save for 86,109,086 Shares which were issued to Skylake at £0.0015) both of which are at a premium to the 10-day volume weighted average price at issue, which is the Company’s expected benchmark for issues of shares to contractors.
