Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV) (the Company or BMV), the gold streaming, mining and treasury company, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 18 September 2026, a total of 358,666,667 Ordinary Shares in the issued share capital of the Company have now been admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. 

The total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 3,215,667,471. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
