Bluebird Mining Ventures Ltd (LSE: BMV), the gold streaming and treasury company, announces that further to the Company's announcements from 9 and 15 April 2026, 93,333,333 ordinary shares and 750,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Shares") respectively, will be admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange on or around 29 April 2026.

 

Following Admission, the total number of issued shares and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,857,000,804. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
