Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

Update re Interim CFO

Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer of the browser-based collaborative video editor elevate.io, the technology licensor and the developer and seller of market-leading cloud native video editing platform, Blackbird, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 on 28 September 2026.

Investor presentation

Ian McDonough; Chief Executive Officer, Sumit Rai; Chief Product Officer, Stephen Streater; R&D Director and Vanessa Rustom from The Scale Up Collective, will give a live presentation on the interim results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 28 September 2026 at 11.00 a.m. BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via investors’ Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 27 September 2026, 09:00 BST, or at any time during the live presentation.

Update re Interim CFO

The Company also announces that its interim CFO, Adrian Wilding, has accepted a permanent job at another company and will, as a result, leave his position at the Company on 25 September 2026. The board would like to thank Adrian for his efforts during his time at the Company and wish him well for the future. The Company is commencing the search for a new interim CFO.
