Billington Holdings Plc (AIM: BILN), one of the UK's leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, is pleased to announce two senior leadership appointments, which will take effect from 1 August 2026.

Following the successful development of the business under his leadership, Kevin Campbell will move from his current role as Managing Director of Billington Structures to become Group Strategic and Special Projects Director.

Kevin rejoined Billington Structures four and a half years ago and has played a key role in delivering operational improvements and driving growth across the business. In his new Group role, he will lead strategic initiatives, business transformation programmes and special projects that support the Group's long-term growth, operational efficiency and innovation. Working closely with the Board, executive leadership team and divisional management teams, Kevin will oversee major cross-functional projects and help ensure the Group's strategic objectives are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Succeeding Kevin as Managing Director of Billington Structures will be Dan Duffield, who currently serves as Billington Structures Sales Director.

Dan joined Billington Structures nine years ago and has made a significant contribution to the business, leading all pre-construction activities across the UK and overseas. Having begun his career in the construction industry in 2007, he spent a decade in operational roles working on a wide variety of projects before moving into sales leadership. His extensive operational and commercial experience positions him well to lead Billington Structures through its next phase of growth.
