Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that it was informed yesterday
that David White, a non- executive director of the Company, sold 100,000
ordinary shares at 568.04 pence on Thursday 30th November.  This decreases his
beneficial holding to 250,000 shares, representing 0.22% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
